Educator
As an educator I have had many different experiences teaching. I am a professor of Art for the University of Toledo. There I teach sculpture and an embodied knowledge tool course. I have worked with young students empowering them by learning how to use power tools and building with wood.
Collaborator
I have worked with several different organizations and artists to create artwork and programs. The organizations include the Toledo Arts Commission, Women of Toledo, Toledo Museum of Art, Youth Arts Alliance, Schedel Arboretum and Gardens . Individual artist I have collaborated with are Lisa Franko, Yusuf Lateef, Hannah Lehman, Courtney Fillion
Curator/Director
I am the director and curator of Blair Museum of Lithophanes. Here I lead the museum in display design and artwork placement. I am in charge of maintaining and organizing the collection of 3000 porcelain Lithophanes.
